Perla Rodriguez, CPIM, is a seasoned supply chain management professional with extensive experience in purchasing, inventory planning, and scheduling across multiple companies in the medical device industry. Currently serving as a Sr Buyer at GRAIL since September 2022, Perla has previously held positions including Sr Inventory Planner at Paragon 28 and Master Scheduler at SeaSpine. With a strong background in vendor relations and operational efficiency, Perla has also served as Purchasing Planning Manager at Astura Medical and Supply Chain Manager at SeaSpine Inc. Additional experience includes roles at DJO Global and NuVasive, culminating in over two decades of expertise since starting at GE Water & Process Technologies. Perla holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and certifications in Operations Resource Management and Certified in Production and Inventory Management.
