Timothy Johnson

Timothy Johnson has extensive work experience in the medical and healthcare field. Timothy started their career as a Registered Nurse at Oregon Health and Science University in 2006 and worked there until 2014. During this time, they gained experience in providing care to patients.

In 2010, Timothy worked as a VNS Hospice Case Manager and an On-Call Inpatient Hospice Nurse at Legacy Hospice Services - Hopewell House. Timothy held these roles until 2011, focusing on providing care to hospice patients.

From 2014 to 2015, Timothy held positions at Amgen and Ashfield Healthcare. At Amgen, they worked as an Oncology Clinical Specialist, promoting Neulasta and the Neulasta OnPro Injector. At Ashfield Healthcare, they worked as a Clinical Oncology Specialist, launching the On Body Injector for Neulasta.

In 2015, Timothy also became involved with the Oncology Nursing Society, serving as the President and Past President until 2020.

From 2019 to 2020, Timothy worked as a Medical Science Liaison at Verastem Oncology. Timothy led educational and engagement initiatives on PI3K inhibitors for leukemia and lymphoma patients and developed trusted relationships with oncology healthcare professionals in specific territories.

From 2020 to 2021, Timothy worked as a Medical Science Liaison at Exelixis.

From 2021 to 2022, Timothy worked as a Senior Medical Science Liaison at MENARINI Group Stemline.

Currently, Timothy is working as a Senior Medical Science Liaison at GRAIL since May 2022.

Timothy Johnson has a Master of Science degree in Nursing Education and Gerontology from Oregon Health & Science University, which they obtained in 2014. Prior to that, they also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the same university. In addition to their formal education, Timothy has pursued additional certifications, including "Using Gender Inclusive Language" from LinkedIn, which they obtained in June 2023. Timothy also has certifications in Chemotherapy from the Oncology Nursing Society and Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) from the Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
