Yinjie Gao

Bioinformatic Scientist at GRAIL

Yinjie Gao's work experience includes positions as a Bioinformatic Scientist at GRAIL from November 2022 onwards. Prior to that, they worked as a Computational Biologist at Tempus Labs, Inc. from June 2020 to October 2022. In this role, they identified biomarkers from various data sources, developed predictive models, constructed pipelines, and conducted validation studies. Yinjie Gao completed a Master's degree in Computational Biology from Carnegie Mellon University between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, Yinjie pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2013 to 2018. Additionally, Yinjie participated in an exchange study program at the University of California, Davis from 2016 to 2017, focusing on Biotechnology.
