Michelle Jones

Michelle Jones is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Grain Millers, Inc., since January 2024, Michelle previously held the same title at Tank Holding Corp. where responsibilities included overseeing HR due diligence and integration for multiple acquisitions. Prior to that, at Marsden Services, Michelle successfully managed HR for a $400M business, significantly reducing employee turnover costs. Additional roles include strategic HR leadership positions at Schwan's Company and Bongards Premium Cheese, as well as foundational HR roles at MOM Brands, Malt-O-Meal, ATK, and Medtronic. Michelle holds an MBA from Augsburg University and a BA in Organizational Studies from Bethel University.
