Joseph Kallenbach

Joseph Kallenbach is a Research Scientist at Grain Processing Corporation since July 2017, focusing on R&D for novel food ingredients derived from corn wet milling. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Scientist at North Dakota State University and Research Assistant at Land O'Lakes, alongside positions as an Analytical Chemist at NAPASOL and Food Safety Scientist at Northern Crops Institute. Joseph Kallenbach served as a Laboratory Assistant and had military experience as a Combat Engineer in the United States Army National Guard. Joseph Kallenbach holds a Master of Science in Cereal Science and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Food Science and Dietetics from North Dakota State University.
