Bhagya Laxmi Puhan

Bhagya Laxmi Puhan joined Gram Vikas in 2018 as an Engineer. She is part of the Water Resource Technology Group. She completed her Diploma in Civil Engineering from Ramarani Institute of Technology, Balasore in 2013. She has experience working on engineering plans and designs through AutoCAD and QGIS.
