Sukanta Bhattacharya

Sukanta Bhattacharya leads Gram Vikas initiatives under the focus area Strengthening of Village Institutions & Convergence. He also heads the Staff Development Cell which manages the performance management systems for all employees.

A development professional with more than 25 years of grassroots experience, he has been with Gram Vikas since 2014. In the past, he has worked as a faculty in computer education in different colleges, including those under The Institute of Computer Engineers (India). He has also worked with Lutheran World Service, India, for programmes in Odisha and West Bengal.

Sukanta is a Postgraduate diploma in Computer Science and Application from Burdwan University.
