Vikas Mahajan

Vikas Mahajan has over 10 years of experience in finance and compliance. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as Manager - Accounts & Taxation at M/s Vinod Krishna & Associates, where they handled Tax Audit and assisted in Statutory Audit and Refund of Unutilized CENVAT credit. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as Proprietor at V Mahajan & Associates, providing taxation (both direct and indirect), audits, accounting, staffing solutions ROC matters and other related services. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as Assistant Manager - Finance at Copper Mobile (India) Private Limited, where they handled day-to-day accounting. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts at Skymet Weather Services Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for preparing annual budgets, handling audits, ensuring statutory compliance, and coordinating with other departments. Lastly, from 2017 to present, they have been working as Director and Head - Finance & Compliance at GramCover, where they are responsible for budgeting, controlling and managing operations of finance & accounts, IRDAI compliances, investor relations, fund raising, budgets, and working capital.

Vikas Mahajan obtained a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2008, with a focus in Taxation. Prior to this, they obtained a B.Com degree from Kurukshetra University in 2004, with a focus in Commerce. Additionally, they obtained a Financial Modeling and Valuation certification from Grant Thornton India LLP in June 2019.
