Joel Shteir

Mr. Shteir oversees the accounting and reporting at Grameen America. Mr. Shteir is a Non-Profit accounting and finances professional with over 12 years of experience in the Non-Profit industry. He began his career with 5 years in public accounting, performing audit and tax services for Non-Profit, government, and healthcare entities. He then proceeded to join the American Civil Liberties Union finance team, where he worked for over 7 years on complex treasury, accounting, reporting and compliance, and financial systems implementation projects. Mr. Shteir is a certified public accountant licensed in New York and holds a B.S. from Yeshiva University.
