Kam Wong

Kam Wong currently serves as the Senior Director of HR Operations at Grameen America, Inc., a position held since May 2025. Prior to this, Kam Wong dedicated 19 years to Hachette Book Group, progressing through various roles including Senior Director of HR Operations and Director of HRIS, where responsibilities included overseeing compensation frameworks, managing HR/payroll systems, and integrating acquired companies into HR systems. Earlier career experience encompasses positions at Time Warner Book Group, Kroll, The Bank of New York, and BlackRock, where Kam Wong focused on HRIS management, data analysis, and employee relations. Both educational qualifications were attained at Barnard College and the Bronx High School of Science.
