Rajitha Swaminathan

Rajitha Swaminathan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program strategy, member services, and consulting. Currently serving as Vice President of Program Strategy & Member Services at Grameen America, Inc. since September 2016, Rajitha previously held senior roles at Deloitte Consulting LLP., where expertise in strategy, operations, and managing C-suite client relationships was demonstrated. A background in energy financing was established as a Project Consultant for the Small Island Developing States Sustainable Energy Initiative, alongside editorial leadership at Communique, the flagship newspaper at Columbia SIPA. Additionally, Rajitha has contributed to UNICEF as a Program Manager intern and has undergone significant leadership training at Bharti Airtel Limited and Hindustan Unilever Ltd. Rajitha holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University, an MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University.
