Dev Raj Vardhan

Dev Raj Vardhan's work experience starts in 2013 as a Trainee Assistant at Nav Nirman Mahila Vikash Sahyog Samiti Ltd. This role lasted until 2016. In 2020, they joined Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society as a Young Professional, where they were responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring various themes under BRLPS (JEEViKA) at the Block and Cluster level. Dev also managed nominated model Cluster Level Federation and trained its staff in undertaking diverse activities. Currently, Dev Raj Vardhan works at Grameen Foundation India. Dev started as a Research Associate in 2021 and then transitioned into the role of Associate Program Manager - Client Insights for Impact (CII) in 2023.

From 2018 to 2020, Dev Raj Vardhan pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a focus on Rural Development at TATA Institute of Social Sciences, Tuljapur.
