Pawan Singh has over 13 years of work experience in various roles. From 2020 to present, they are working as Manager and Assistant Manager of the Central Monitoring Unit at Grameen Foundation India. From 2014 to 2020, they were Assistant Project Manager of the State Coordinator CSR- Uttar Pradesh at Reliance Foundation. From 2009 to 2014, they worked as Senior Executive of MIS & Coordination’s- North Zone at Fino Payments Bank Ltd (Fino Paytech Limited). From 2007 to 2009, they worked as Executive (Contract) of MIS & Coordination’s- Uttar Pradesh & Uttarakhand at ITC Limited.

Pawan Singh has a Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Chemistry & Matehmatics from the University of Lucknow, which they obtained between 2002 and 2005. In 2013 and 2014, they obtained an Executive MBA from Karnataka State Open University. In 2008, they obtained an IRDA Licenciate from the National Insurance Academy, Pune. In 2020, they obtained seven certifications from LinkedIn, including Artificial Intelligence for Project Managers, Delivery Tips for Speaking in Public, Improving Your Listening Skills, Leading Virtual Meetings, Project Management Simplified, Tips for Writing Business Emails, and Competence in SAP, MS Excel, Word, and Power Point.
