Faruqul Islam

Faruqul Islam is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the General Manager and Circle Marketing Head at Grameenphone Ltd since March 2006. With a background that includes roles as Deputy General Manager, Lead Manager, and Specialist, Faruqul has demonstrated expertise in revenue planning, sales and distribution leadership, and business strategy formulation, contributing significantly to regional business growth and team development. Prior to Grameenphone, Faruqul worked as a Legal Associate at M/S. J. Abedin & Co, where responsibilities included tax computation and preparation of legal documents. Faruqul holds an LL.B (Honours) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Chittagong.
