Sundeep Reddy Mallu is the SVP, Analytics & Hiring at Gramener. Sundeep has over 10 years of experience in the field of analytics and project management. Sundeep has a proven track record of leading projects and teams to success. Sundeep has a deep understanding of the latest digital analytics tools and how to use them to identify areas of opportunity for automation.

Sundeep began their career as a project manager at Birlasoft Inc in 2006. Sundeep quickly gained recognition for their ability to manage complex projects and drive results. In 2010, they transitioned to product management at Neo Tech Solutions Inc where they oversaw the development and deployment of several innovative solutions for the telecom, banking, and federal sectors.

In 2017, Sundeep joined Gramener where they have played a key role in re-architecting the company’s eCommerce engine to process orders in real-time. Under their leadership, Gramener has saved millions of dollars in operating costs. Sundeep is committed to driving continued innovation and growth at Gramener.

Sundeep Reddy Mallu has completed a PGDM in IT & Marketing from Symbiosis Center for Management and Human Resource Development, a BTech in Electrical Engineering from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, and has various certifications from the Project Management Institute, VMware, PMI, Microsoft, and Scrum Alliance.
