Thomas H. Norgaard

Thomas H. Norgaard has extensive experience in the legal field, specifically in litigation and international dispute resolution. Thomas H. started their career as an Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright, where they worked on international litigation and administrative law cases from 2000 to 2007. Thomas H. then joined Debevoise & Plimpton as a Litigation Associate, handling various international arbitration and investigation cases for clients, including a major international brewery, a French-international oil company, and an international engineering, procurement, and construction firm. In 2019, they joined Gramercy Funds Management LLC, where they currently hold the position of Director of Latin American Investment Development and Managing Director of International Litigation Finance/Third Party Funding. In these roles, they are responsible for managing and developing investment projects in Latin America and overseeing the funding of international litigation cases. Thomas H. Norgaard's expertise lies in international litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.

Thomas H. Norgaard began their education at UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 1997, where they pursued a degree in Law / Derecho. Thomas H. completed their studies at UCAB in 2002. Norgaard then furthered their education by attending New York University School of Law from 2007 to 2008, earning a Master in Laws degree.
