William Higbie

William Higbie currently serves as the Director of Field Operations at Gramercy Group, Inc. since December 2016, specializing in environmental civil projects. In addition, William has been the President of Composite Technologies LLC since January 2001. Previously, William held the position of President at Brunnhoelzl Higbie Racing from January 2008 to December 2013, contributing to the team's success in the Nascar Whelen Southern Modified Touring Championships in 2009, 2011, 2012, and 2013. Early in their career, William served as President of Island ADC from January 1992 to January 2006 and Director of Field Operations at Island Acoustics from October 1980 to January 1992. Additionally, William was the Chief of Department for the Melville Fire Department from January 1979 to December 1985. William holds an Associate's degree in Building Construction Technology from Farmingdale State College, obtained between 1968 and 1971.
