Sophia Daniels

Sophia Daniels is a culinary professional currently working as a Line Cook at Gramercy Tavern since June 2023 and is a member of The Phi Beta Kappa Society. Sophia gained valuable experience through a Hospitality/Restaurant Operations Internship at Union Square Hospitality Group and previously served as a Food Server at Caffè Panna and Olio, the latter recognized as St. Louis' best Mediterranean restaurant. In the editorial realm, Sophia contributed as an Editor and Contributor for Sauce Magazine, focusing on the food scene and restaurant industry in St. Louis. Additional experience includes an Investor Relations Internship at First Republic Bank, a Waterski Instructor and Lifeguard position at Camp Fernwood, and an Editing Internship at Jule the Bee. Sophia's commitment to education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, complemented by early mentoring as a Teaching Assistant at Gan Shaked.
