Boris Bolshem

Boris Bolshem is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer and Technical Lead at Grammarly, Boris has designed and spearheaded the development of a robust experimentation platform, catering to millions of users and capable of handling high request rates. Prior to Grammarly, Boris held a Senior Software Developer position at Amazon, where notable contributions included leading internal automated AWS cost optimization projects and co-designing a metering platform. Previous roles at Intel Corporation involved the development of the Intel® RealSense™ SDK and streaming services for 3D camera data, showcasing expertise in multithreaded C++ environments. Boris began their career at Zoran Microelectronics, focusing on low-level software and drivers, and has held various engineering and student roles in embedded systems and low-level development across multiple companies. Boris holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Haifa.
