Zdenek Fous

Zdenek Fous is an experienced logistics professional with over 15 years in supply chain management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of the Logistics Division Interiors at Grammer AG since September 2015, Zdenek is responsible for setting logistical targets, leading logistics managers, and implementing best practices within the Seat Components division. Previous experience includes a role as Supply Chain Manager at TRW from July 2007 to August 2015, where Zdenek led logistics for multiple European locations, standardized processes, and optimized warehousing and inventory. Zdenek also held various positions at TRW, focusing on logistics project management, transport optimization, and compliance. Early career experience includes a business administrative assistant role at Fujitsu Siemens Computers. Zdenek holds a Master's degree in Business Economy and Management from Prague University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor's degree from the University of West Bohemia.
