Paul Glabus

Paul Glabus is an experienced professional in the petroleum industry, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Production at Gran Tierra Energy since October 2024. With a career spanning over two decades, roles have included senior management positions such as Sr. Manager of Engineering at Sproule Asset Management, Production Manager at PetroChina Canada, and Senior Vice President of Engineering at NL Fisher Supervision and Engineering. Paul has a proven track record in production management, operations optimization, and capital project execution, and has held various engineering and leadership roles at firms such as Bankers Petroleum, Glencore E&P, and Penn West. Paul holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Petroleum Systems Engineering from the University of Regina, obtained in 2003.
