Troy Topp

Troy Topp is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system administration and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Senior System Administrator and Service Owner for Servers, Storage, and Active Directory at Gran Tierra Energy since December 2013, Troy also holds the position of Director and Principal Consultant at High Rock IT Group Ltd since July 2009. Previous roles include VMware System Administrator at IBM Canada, IT Manager at Christiansen Engineering Group LTD, and VP of Information Technology at Tristone Capital Inc, where global IT management and oversight was a key responsibility. Troy's expertise encompasses VMware and Citrix solutions design and implementation, technical advisory for sales teams, and managing IT resources across multiple international sites. Education includes studies at Mount Royal University, complemented by training at the Canadian Forces School of Communications.
