Melissa Rookus has over 30 years of experience in human resources and administrative roles across various companies. Currently serving in human resources at Granco Clark, Inc. since November 2023, Melissa previously worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Dicastal North America from August 2020 to November 2023 and at Precision Aerospace Corporation from August 2019 to July 2020. Earlier positions include Human Resources Coordinator at Challenge Mfg. Company and a progression of roles at Flex, Magna Mirrors, and Benteler Automotive, where foundational skills in HR support and administration were developed.
