Janell Missick

Janell Missick, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Janell currently serves as the Shared Services Director at the Grand Bahama Power Company, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Communications Specialist at the same company from May 2021 to November 2022. Before transitioning into communications, Janell started their career at the Grand Bahama Power Company as a Purchasing Assistant from May 2015 to May 2021.

Earlier in their career, Janell worked as a Junior Marketing Manager at Freeport Restaurants from February 2012 to May 2015. Janell's experience includes roles in marketing, communications, purchasing, and shared services, showcasing their versatility and adaptability in various organizational functions.

Janell Missick, MBA, completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multimedia Studies: Film & Video from Florida Atlantic University in 2006. Prior to this, they pursued a Graphic Arts and Design associate degree from Keiser University between 2002 and 2003. Lastly, Janell obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nova Southeastern University in 2008.
