Kevin Marcilliat

Kevin Marcilliat is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in manufacturing and sales within international markets. As the CEO and President of Marcilliat Group LLC since January 2020, Kevin specializes in consulting for organizations seeking performance enhancements. Prior to this role, Kevin served as Managing Director at Grand Bay Paper Products, overseeing a significant turnaround for a regional tissue manufacturing enterprise in the Caribbean and Latin America. Previous positions also include VP of Operations at Consolidated Container Company, leading safety and quality initiatives, and various managerial roles at Georgia Pacific, where Kevin focused on manufacturing improvement and business strategy. Kevin’s career began at Smurfit, further establishing a foundation in manufacturing management. Kevin holds dual degrees in Chemical Engineering and Pulp and Paper Technology from North Carolina State University.
