Kathia Antillon

Kathia Antillon is an experienced educator and project manager currently serving as a Capstone Instructor at Grand Canyon University, facilitating student learning across engineering disciplines and managing numerous projects. Antillon has held various roles including Program Manager II, where accreditation processes were coordinated, and Executive Assistant, focusing on high-level meeting planning and presentation development. Additional experience includes serving as an adjunct professor, advisor for the Society of Women Engineers GCU chapter, and graduate advisor for Kappa Delta Chi Sorority at the University of Kansas. Antillon’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Mental Health and Wellness from Grand Canyon University, a Master's in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Kansas, and dual degrees in Chemistry and Spanish Literature from the University of Arizona.
