Amber Cessna is an experienced professional with a diverse background in talent management, learning and development, and compliance within the gaming industry. Currently serving as the Talent Effectiveness Manager at Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley since October 2022, Amber focuses on developing training programs for associates and managing course coordination.
