Suzette Wolfkamp

Suzette Wolfkamp has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Suzette is currently the Director of Learning and Development at Grand Fitness, where they are responsible for managing the Yoobic One learning and communication platform, creating digital learning resources, coordinating conferences, and conducting training workshops. Previously, Suzette held various roles at Bed Bath & Beyond, including Director of Learning and Development, Learning Manager, and Sr. Project Manager Training & Development. In these positions, they led digital learning transformation, managed remote teams, and developed training programs for thousands of employees. Suzette also worked at Cosi, where they served as Director of Catering, Area Director, and Senior Director of Training and People Development. During their time at Cosi, they implemented sales strategies, oversaw business results, and supported company expansion. Before that, they worked as a Corporate Training Manager at Loews Hotels, Assistant Food and Beverage Director at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa & Casino, and Food and Beverage Manager at Hyatt Regency. Additionally, Suzette has experience as the owner and manager of Coconut Cove.
