Melinda Seifert is the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operating Officer/Principal at Grand Living. With a background as the Vice President of Senior Living and Health Care at The Goodman Group LLC, Melinda has extensive experience overseeing senior living and health care communities across multiple states. Melinda also served as a Post Acute Care Executive/Strategist at an independent consulting firm. Melinda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and German from Luther College.
