Michael F. Levy

Michael Levy has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Michael started their career as a Real Estate Salesperson at Helmsley-Spear from 1985 to 1987. Michael then worked as a Project Manager at Lehrer McGovern Bovis from 1988 to 1990, managing projects such as the Capital Cities Headquarters. Since 2006, they have been involved with Grand Lux Realty, initially working as a Realtor and later taking on the role of Principal Broker. At Grand Lux Realty, they offer customizable commission services for sellers and landlords in the lower Hudson Valley of New York State.

Michael Levy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile Management from Clemson University, obtained from 1981 to 1985. Michael also holds a Diploma in Real Estate Investment Analysis & Building Construction Management from New York University, attained from 1986 to 1987. Furthermore, they have a Business Technology degree from Clemson University, earned from 1981 to 1985. Michael Levy completed high school at Mamaroneck High School and obtained a High School Diploma in 1981. Additionally, they have a Graduate - Realtor Institute (GRI) certification from the National Association of REALTORS®.
