Jennifer Moran

Jennifer Moran, CPM®, currently serves as Vice President of Property Operations and Regional Manager at Grand Peaks since January 2022. Previously, Jennifer held various leadership roles, including Sr. Regional Manager at Pepper Pike Capital Partners and VP of Property Operations at Vesta Corporation, where oversight of a multi-state portfolio was managed. Experience includes overseeing property operations of over 5,000 units at Empirian Property Management and managing residential and commercial properties at CB Richard Ellis. Earlier roles also included positions at Associated Estates Realty Corporation where Jennifer was involved in property management and training. Jennifer holds several certifications and degrees from IREM, NABO, and NCHM, emphasizing expertise in real estate management and operational excellence.
