Marc Swerdlow

Marc Swerdlow has significant experience in leadership roles within the real estate and investment sectors. Currently, Marc serves as President of Grand Peaks and Founder of EMES Real Estate Advisors LLC, positions held since May 2022 and January 2022, respectively. Previously, Marc was President and General Counsel at Forum Investment Group, as well as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at the same organization from June 2019 to January 2022. Additional roles include Chief Compliance and Operations Officer at Forum Capital Advisors and Principal, Chief Operating Officer at Magellan Investment Partners LLC. Marc has also held executive positions at LUNGevity Foundation, Waterton Associates, GE Capital, and Heitman. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Iowa.
