Mohit Nalavadi

Mohit Nalavadi is a data engineer at Grandperspective GmbH since January 2021, where responsibilities include developing data infrastructure for an early-warning gas leak detection system using IR optical measurements. Prior experience includes serving as a data scientist at commercetools GmbH from May 2018 to February 2021, focusing on machine learning APIs and data engineering for eCommerce applications. Mohit also interned as an automation engineer at Amyris, contributed to a data science course as an associate instructor at General Assembly, and conducted biomechanics research at NASA Ames Research Center. Earlier roles include work with the OMEGA Global Initiative and hardware QA engineering at Leif Therapeutics. Mohit holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomolecular Engineering from Santa Clara University, completed in 2016.
