Amy Mansfield, Ph.D., currently serves as the Dean of the Donald W. Maine College of Business and the College of Technology at Davenport University, where Amy provides operational and strategic leadership to support the university's growth and program development. Previously, in a long-standing role at Grand Rapids Community College, Amy held various positions including Dean of the School of Workforce Development, where key accomplishments included the establishment of innovative programs such as the nation’s first medical assisting apprenticeship and partnerships with Google and Meijer. Additionally, Amy has experience as the Associate Dean of Operations and Assistant Professor, teaching business-related courses. As the owner of AK Training Solutions from 2001 to 2007, Amy focused on customized workforce development training. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Career and Technical Education and a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Administration, both from Western Michigan University.
