Debbie Larson is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the VP Director of Human Resources at Grand River Bank since November 2022, Debbie has previously held positions such as Human Resources Manager at Terryberry Company and VP of Human Resources at Founders Bank & Trust. Additional experience includes roles at Stryker and Old Kent Bank-Fifth Third Bank, where Debbie advanced to the position of AVP in Human Resources. Educational qualifications include a degree from Michigan State University, along with an MBA from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business.
