Karen Petznick

The primary role is to create, implement, monitor and continuously improve innovative volunteer engagement strategies, projects, initiatives, programs hosted through the volunteer workforce management software, as well as help inform platform improvements.

The areas of focus will include championing connectivity amongst volunteer users in the volunteer workforce management software, encouraging collaborative practices, using gamification, enhancing existing initiatives and content management to build commitment, recognition, and pride. The role will enable volunteers to connect to our mission and purpose, live our values and become advocates for the Foundation and Hospital.
