Chris Alappat

Chris Alappat, MScPT, is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Integrated Care Manager at the eHealth Centre of Excellence since August 2019, focusing on digital health strategies and stakeholder engagement. In addition, Chris is a Project Manager and Physiotherapist at Grand River Hospital, providing care within one of Ontario's largest community hospitals. As a Co-Founder of Mentor Me Healthcare, Chris supports the integration of internationally educated health professionals in Canada. Previous roles include Program Manager at Waterloo Wellington Local Health Integration Network, Physiotherapist at Guelph General Hospital, and Clinical Resource Specialist at University Health Network, with extensive experience in assessment, treatment planning, and healthcare innovation. Chris holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto.
