Harsh V Sharma MD, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Corporate Strategy at Grand River Hospital, leading the Strategy Office and focusing on innovation, digital leadership, and clinical transformation. Previously, as Director of Innovation, Transformation & Strategy at William Osler Health System, Harsh led the Innovation program for one of Canada's largest multi-hospital health systems. Harsh has held key roles at McKesson Canada and Canada Health Infoway, emphasizing innovation strategy and investment planning in healthcare. As a senior consultant at Ernst & Young, Harsh contributed to the healthcare and life sciences consulting practice. In addition to founding the ISB Healthcare Club, Harsh has experience as a resident medical doctor and has earned an MBA from the Indian School of Business and an MBBS from the University College of Medical Sciences, Delhi University.
