Samantha later joined Knox City Council as a Manager in People Performance for two years, followed by a role as Manager in People and Culture for one year. Samantha'smost recent role is as Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Improvement at the Mornington Peninsula Shire, which they began in 2022.
Samantha Stanton obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from RMIT University, which they attended from 1995 to 1998. Samantha later pursued a Master's Degree in Public Policy and Management at Monash University, completing their studies from 2002 to 2006.
