Shaena Bansal

Shaena Bansal, MBA, CSM, is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in agile methodologies and project delivery. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Grand River Hospital since October 2022, Shaena previously held significant roles at Manulife from 2016 to 2021, including Scrum Master & Agile Facilitator and Project Lead for Digital Solutions. Shaena's achievements at Manulife included increasing team velocity by 40% and transitioning software development practices to agile, while also managing multiple teams and complex project migrations. Earlier experience includes project management positions at D2L, focusing on client enablement and course creation projects, as well as a coordinator role in the Corporate PMO. Shaena holds an MBA in Marketing from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies and Human Resources from the University of Waterloo.
