David Van Dyke

David Van Dyke is the current Controller at Grand River Insurance. Prior to their current position, they were the Finance Director at Collins & Associates from May 2014 to December 2016. In their role as Finance Director, they oversaw all financial operations and accounting personnel of the agency and its three subsidiaries. David was also a valuable member of the agency's management team, assisting in agency decision-making through the use of creditable, timely, and accurate financial analysis. Additionally, they advised and assisted on any contracts which were entered into by the agency.

David is known for their commitment to empowering accounting personnel to take initiative, identify potential areas of improved efficiencies, and take pride in their work. David is also an experienced 401k Plan Administrator, managing employee contributions and account maintenance, as well as completing annual compliance testing.

David Van Dyke first earned their Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Cornerstone University. David then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same school.

Their manager is Victor Dusseaux, President. David Van Dyke works with Sakinah Barnes - Financial Operations, Heather Richardson - Financial Analyst.
