Jaymee Lewis-Flenaugh

Dr. Jaymee Lewis-Flenaugh is a Senior Solutions Specialist at Grand River Solutions, serving as a Hearing Officer for Title IX and sex-based misconduct hearings in higher education. Jaymee previously served as the Assistant Dean of Students/Deputy Title IX Coordinator for a mid-sized public higher education institution in the midwest. In this role, Jaymee managed university equity compliance regarding incidents of sexual misconduct, interpersonal violence, pregnancy and parenting access, and discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender-identity. This included the response and coordination of all constituent intake meetings, the facilitation of formal complaints for hundreds of university students alleging sex-based discrimination, and the training of thousands of campus constituents annually on Title IX reporting and response. She is most proud of her continued advocacy for the equitable treatment of pregnant and parenting students in the educational system. Jaymee has also been a hearing officer for Title IX and non-Title IX sexual misconduct cases, lead university sexual and interpersonal violence response teams, and served on county and state-wide committees for institutional response. Jaymee brings 10 years of past higher ed employment in residence life, facility operations, and career development.

Jaymee received her Bachelor of Arts from DePaul University, Master of Science from Western Illinois University, and Ph.D. from Miami University.
