Vernon Garrett is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Sous Chef at Grand Sierra Resort since July 2023. Vernon has held various positions in the culinary field, including Room Chef and Broiler Chef at Legends Bay Casino from August 2022 to June 2023, and briefly as Executive Chef at Rattlesnake Club in August 2022. Prior roles include Sous Chef at The Club at ArrowCreek and returning to Grand Sierra Resort in Sous Chef capacities from 2020 to 2022, as well as a Chef at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa from June 2008 to January 2020. Vernon completed education at Pasco High School between 1999 and 2002.
