Cathy Thompson

Cathy Thompson is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in strategic planning and program development. Currently serving as the Director of HR at Cote Family Companies since May 2008, Cathy oversees the administration and evaluation of HR functions with a focus on their impact on personnel. Previously, Cathy held the Director of HR position at Grand View Lodge from 2008 to 2010, managing various HR responsibilities including hiring and safety. Additionally, Cathy was a member of the LAHRA from 1998 to 2010, where Cathy was appointed Director of Programs in 2012. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management and Communication from Concordia College, earned between 1998 and 2000.
