Swayam Dash has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Swayam began their career as a Key Account Manager at CWT in 2011 and later moved on to become a Research Associate at Transparency Market Research in the field of Medical Devices & Diagnostics. In 2013, they became a Research Analyst in the Healthcare sector at the same company. From 2014 to 2016, Swayam worked as a Senior Manager in Healthcare Market Research and Consulting at Grand View Research, Inc. Following this, they became the Managing Director, leading a market research technology business. Swayam also holds various roles in different organizations, including being a Managing Partner at Brainshare Capital, a Member of the Board of Directors at Hemp Horizons Pvt Ltd, an Investor Member at Mumbai Angels Network, and a Member at ESOMAR. Most recently, they became a Member of the Management Board at PanGrow in 2023.

Swayam Dash's education history includes various degrees, programs, and certifications. Swayam started by earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Life Science from Ravenshaw University in 2009. In 2011, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from IBS, Pune, which they completed in 2011.
