Adam Oates

Adam Oates has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Adam is currently the President of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, responsible for all aspects of production, underwriting, and servicing of loans. Prior to this, they served as the Head of National Real Estate at Truist and the Head of Corporate Real Estate and Workplace at SunTrust. Adam also held various leadership positions at SunTrust Bank, including President of SunTrust Community Capital. Before joining SunTrust, they worked as an Assistant Vice President at Berkshire Property Advisors. Oates began their career as a Vice President at SunTrust Bank.

Adam Oates attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1995 to 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business/Commerce, General.
