Dave Rasmussen

Dave Rasmussen is the Founder of SaverNotes, a company they started in 2013. Prior to that, they worked at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital as the SVP and a go-to resource for their clients in arranging debt and equity. Dave developed a database that tracks real estate transactions across the country, including property types, deal structure, and transaction metrics.

Dave Rasmussen completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Minnesota in 1982.
