Perry Colligan

Perry Colligan has over 35 years of work experience in the real estate finance industry. Perry currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, LLC since March 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Vice President at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital starting from December 2012. From September 1997 to November 2012, Colligan served as the Director/Production Manager at Q10 | Dwyer-Curlett & Co. Perry also held the position of Vice President at R&B Realty Group from 1995 to 1997 and at Wells Fargo Realty Finance from 1982 to 1991.

Perry Colligan pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from UCLA, completing their degree from 1975 to 1979.
