Germana Costa has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as Gerente Desenvolvimento Humano at Grande Moinho Cearense since July 2011. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing Development of People, Competency Assessment, Climate and Organizational Culture Management, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Ethics Code Management, and Training & Development. Prior experience as Analista de RH at Grupo Esquadra involved similar HR functions from November 2008 to June 2011. Germana holds an MBA in Strategic People Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Psychology from Universidade de Fortaleza.
