Lois Day

Lois Day is the Founder and Managing Partner of 3 Sisters Ventures, a London-based venture capital firm focused on gender-smart investing in Europe. With extensive experience at IP Group plc as a Venture Partner in the Technology team and former Head of Technology Co-Investments, Lois has been instrumental in early stage investments in applied AI and has led initiatives that significantly improved diversity and inclusion rankings within the firm. In addition to ongoing roles as an investor in several companies addressing women's health and social issues, Lois also serves as a Board Observer for Econic Technologies Ltd. A graduate of the University of Oxford with a Master of Science in Financial Economics and Trinity College Dublin with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, and Social Studies, Lois brings a strong educational background to their investment and business strategies.
